🛍️ Return & Exchange Policy

At Her Hues, your satisfaction means everything to us! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it better.

🔄 Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Defective products

  • Non-defective products (if you simply changed your mind — no judgment!)

📦 Return Conditions

  • Products must be in new, unused condition

  • You must request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery

✉️ How to Return

  • Log in to your customer dashboard.

  • Navigate to Your Orders and select the relevant order.

  • Click Return, pick your reason, and hit Confirm Return Request.

  • A non-refundable flat return fee of ₹40 will be charged per return request.

  • That’s it—your return request is under review!

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. ( Usually doesn't take us this long )

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been collected and verified by our logistics partner.

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Complete order value will be refunded deducting the return fee of ₹40. Refund timelines may vary depending on the issuing bank/ payment provider.
