Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location:
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Other cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon—stay tuned!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and whatsapp. You can also track your order through your account on our website.
What if my jewellery arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and videos. We'll arrange a replacement immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Customized or personalized pieces cannot be returned.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Simply log into your account, go to your order history in the dashboard, and click the "Return" button next to your order. Follow the prompts to submit your return request. Our team will review and approve it within 24 hours.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, the following cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Pierced earrings and nose pins (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Jewellery without original tags and packaging
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we cover return shipping. For other returns, return shipping costs are borne by the customer, which is a minimal charge of ₹40 which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Many of our pieces are designed with sensitive skin in mind. Product descriptions specify materials used. If you have specific allergy concerns, please contact us before purchasing.
